At Zoréya, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and securely as possible.

Processing Times

All orders are processed same day if ordered before 1pm Mon- Friday and 10am Sat. During peak periods, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities. Zoréya is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. Zoréya cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to the courier and marked as delivered, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

Zoréya is not responsible for parcels that have been lost, stolen, damaged, or left unattended after delivery, including parcels left in a safe place, with a neighbour, at a reception desk, or in accordance with delivery instructions provided to the courier.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the courier directly and checking with neighbours or household members before contacting us.
